1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using codevos.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. codevos.ai is operated by Cluesmith ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

codevos.ai provides Codev Cloud, a platform for managing Codev tower connections, enabling developers to coordinate AI-assisted development workflows. The service includes user accounts, tower registration, WebSocket tunnel connections, and related tools.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and personal access tokens.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Use the tunnel service to proxy malicious or illegal traffic
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service
• Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse the service in a way that degrades it for others

5. Tower Connections

Tower connections are provided as tunnels between your local development environment and Codev Cloud. You are solely responsible for the content and traffic that passes through your tower connections. We do not monitor or inspect tunnel traffic, but we reserve the right to terminate connections that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The codevos.ai service, including its design, code, and documentation, is the property of Cluesmith. The open-source Codev CLI and related tools are licensed under their respective open-source licenses. Your data remains your own — we claim no ownership over content transmitted through the service.

7. Availability and Support

We strive to keep codevos.ai available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss resulting from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, codevos.ai and Cluesmith are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
